These pictures I have got via Mr. Kari Tapio. They are taken at the Finnish Armour Museum in Parola, Finland. The StuG used to be at the Parola Museum with it's port side cut up so the public could see into the vehicle. The vehicle has also been photographed in this configuration with a crew in place. The photo can be seen at several webpages, amoung others Achtung Panzer. The vehicle is one of the vehicles manufactured at the MIAG factory featuring the typical early fender-supports and gun-mantlet while the return-rollers and the roof are of late production. The roof also has Pilsen-mounts. This particular vehicle was the only one having the co-axial machine-gun, firing through the (early) gun-mantlet. Another late and early feature mixed. The following pictures are taken by Mr. Olli Väisänen (the first one) and by Mr. Matti Yrjölä (the rest) at the Finnish Armour Museum's storage in Parola, Finland. Photo copyrighted © by Mr. Olli Väisänen and by Mr. Matti Yrjölä. All rights reserved. Used with permission.
