Was the stowage of external tools (on wartime vehicule) were following standard German pattern, or a specific Finnish one?

Hi,
During the war the tools attachments were mostly following the German standard. On many vehicles the start-crank was moved to the back of the vehicle, but the rest were left on their original places.

Later on when the logs were attached to the side of the vehicle some tools were moved, but - I believe - the tool-attachments (tie-downs) were left as they were.

Thanks for the precision! This was what I tough to be the most logical choice for a wartime vehicule.
