Decals/Conversion kit for Finnish StuG's

Postby saurus » Thu Jan 18, 2007 11:59 am

Hi everybody!

Excelent website, Andreas!
My name is Cristian and I am from Romania!
I am verry interesed in history of Finnish Army, finnish StuG's in special!
I will begin to work on a Tamya 1/35 Early StuG and, despite the fact that we Romanians had also StuG's  , I will make an "Sturmi". Is there on the market an Conversion kit or decals for Finnish StuG's? Please, tell me!

Sincerly yours,

CRISTIAN (SAURUS)

Will you make an m1943 or an 1944 model? You'll have to do quite a lot of work for both.

JS-Models have the wooden toolbox for the rear:

...and an all-around detail set for the Tamiya StuG:

Both are available from T:mi Kuivalainen here in Finland.

Wiking decals used to have a decal set for the Finnish Sturmi, but I think that it has been out of print for a looooong time.
