I've read Panssarisotaa and Sotkalla Sodassa by Reino Lehvaslaiho. Any opinion of how accurate account of the Finnish armoured forces during the war these books give ?

I don't know. I wasn't there... 8)

I think that "Panssarisotaa" is a bit more accurate than "Sotkalla sodassa". Some 50+ years of story-telling and memory fading must leave it's marks.

I have a video where Mr. Lehväslaiho makes some very strange remarks about the tanks and their equipment. I believe that this is because of his old age and his memories beeing mixed up.

Unfortunately that is something that will happen to all of us. Veterans I've know for years - and who were pretty 'clear" just a few years ago now only remember fractions of what they did ....
I was thinking more in terms of "technical" details or historically documented "facts'
